Basic Qualifications
24 months of IT Infrastructure experience: Service Desk, Data Center, Network or related areas;
Previous work experience in the follow standard operation procedures
Must have a valid driver’s license and must be able to travel locally and internationally;
Preferred Qualifications
Hands on experience with x86 and x84 architecture based systems.
Experience with Linux, Unix or similar OS.
Knowledge of network design, protocols and troubleshooting.
Understanding of storage devices.
Understanding of scripting languages.
Must exhibit good written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
Perform hardware troubleshooting and components replacement.
Highly organized and able to coordinate complex tasks with other team members.
Proven track of providing creative solutions to recurring problems and last minute capacity demands.
Previous experience working in a Data Center environment (racking & stacking gear, cable management, hot & cold aisle containment) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related areas.

Day in the Life of an EOT I
Involved with projects of moderate complexity.
Assist in troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Perform rack installs, rack decommissioning, operational readings and infrastructure facility activities.
Provide key performance indicators to senior engineers.
Responsible to escort contractors, sub-contractors and vendors on site, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures & local legislation
Maintain data center critical infrastructure equipment ensuring 99.999% uptime of the world's largest cloud computing portfolio.
Monitor performance of maintenance and operations on all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center.
Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work.
Assist with basic support concepts such as ticketing systems, root cause analysis, change management creation, writing procedures and building management systems.
Work schedule changes depending on specific site needs.
Shifts may rotate on a predefined schedule.
Be able to work on-call rotations.
Role may support more than one location/site.
Walk job sites in uneven terrain. Maintain balance and perform construction tasks while on a ladder
Regularly lift and/or move up to 18Kg independently and participate in group lifts for 18Kg+.
Regularly walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, climb stairs, twist, bend, work above shoulders, grasp, carry, push and pull.

Infrastructure Delivery Technician - Jundiai
We are looking to hire a highly motivated, best-in-class Infrastructure Delivery Technician Technician to join our growing team within networking scaling. The position responsibilities involve delivering the hardware, configuration and fiber connectivity of interdependent scaling projects across several data center locations. The Network Technician will work closely with both internal customers and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution in association with Technical Program Managers.
Our ideal candidate is highly autonomous, very detail oriented, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and has significant experience in supporting large scale, enterprise class networks. They will be highly competent in all aspects of installation and troubleshooting of networking hardware, software and fiber connectivity, all combined with a proven project delivery methodology. This position will work with minimum supervision to drive the stability and sustainability of our next-generation networks and to assist in the development of innovative ways to automate and scale our network as we expand.
Infrastructure Delivery Technicians are expected to work with established best practices to refine operational procedures, develop new tooling and constantly think proactively and innovatively. The desire and ability to work in an ambiguous, collaborative environment is essential for success
Basic Qualifications
AS/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science or related area.
Proven Knowledge on TCP/IP networking, cabling, optic types, test equipment such as VFL, power meter, and OTDR.
2-3+ years of mid-level and/or enterprise experience in a highly dynamic environment, experience working in virtualized enterprise networking
Broad understanding of infrastructure technologies.
Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies.
Familiarity with common networking terms.
Ability to travel 50%+ outside base location work area may be required possibly including international travels.
Ability to identify issues root cause and process inefficiencies.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications or knowledge in CCNA, CCNP or JNCIA.
Comfort ability with small to medium project scopes and ambiguous details within work environment
Tactical judgement and analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks based on fluctuating needs
Basic understanding of major Command Line Protocols (Cisco IOS, JunOS, etc.) and common Networking Protocols.
Experience with medium to large scale datacenter network implementations and support, experience working in virtualized enterprise networking environments.
Experience with IT best practice frameworks (ITIL, LEAN, AGILE).
May automate tasks, modify small tools and propose new SOPs.
English fluency.
